Coaching

As a parenting coach, I help parents of teens and young adults improve their relationship with their kids so they can have greater joy and peace of mind.

The teen and early adult years can be incredibly angsty and painful. But they don't have to be! There is so much you as a parent can do to increase your communication and enjoyment with your kid. You don't have to do it alone.

What you’ll get from working with me: greater peace of mind, practical tools for navigating bumps in the road, enhanced self confidence in complex interactions, and greater self regard and self respect by approaching your relationship with your kid in a way that aligns with your values. Feel great about yourself as a parent!

In coaching, we'll explore what you've been doing and experiencing, what you want to be doing and experiencing instead, and how specifically to get there to meet your goals as a parent.
